RC-30 is the thinnest and fastest-setting cutback, containing a high proportion of solvent for rapid evaporation. It is used for light surface coatings and dust suppression.
Uses:
- Tack coats for bonding pavement layers.
- Dust control on gravel roads.
- Spray applications for minor repairs.

- Packed in steel drums (200 kg) or bulk tankers.
- Shipped with flammable material precautions (UN 1999).
