Bitumen priced via Platts/Argus; parts via OEM catalogues or independent appraisal. Joint valuation protocol signed.

Step 4 – Contract Structuring
Master barter agreement or parallel contracts using Alps Asphalt standard clauses. No physical currency transfer.

Step 5 – Shipment Coordination
Synchronized schedules, packaging selected per buyer, logistics per Alps Asphalt protocols.

Step 6 – Documentation & Closing
Cross-settlement of invoices, closing certificate issued, residual balance cleared or carried forward.
